International Yacht Corp 22 Sloop???

Anyone know much about these boats or the builder. From what I gather they were only making this boat from around 1975-79. It seems like a clean boat and the Guy is asking $1500.00 (Grand Rapids Mich). I think the boat or the Builder was also known as Helsen International 22. Any Information you have would be helpful. I know it is lacking Life lines and a few other little things but other than that it looks like something I might be interested in if it is a solid design and builder.
