    Default 1981 J24 for sail













    These pictures were taken Sunday and there are no issues with the boat you can drop it in the water and sail as I have fixed everything the boat does need a new compass but has and old but functionally AC103 sailcomp

    1981 J24 #2930 with 1981 Triad Trailer new brake lines and rebuilt master cylinder

    2009 mast paint ,standing rigging ,lights and wire

    One set 2002 north sails Main, 150, spinnaker used 15 times

    One set North Main, 100, 150, spinnaker in good condition for everyday use

    One older shore spinnaker in fair condition

    2005 ? Mercury 2 stroke 4hp outboard with high thrust prop

    windward sheeting car

    8000.00 dollars

    Would that be the illegal car dealership next door OR the 13 illegal apparments on the street

    Well its really 73' with the powerboat but in my town its simple your driveway can be 25% of the front yard and you put what you want in that 25%

    The J24 is behing the house on the left and the j24 and powerboat will be sold ASAP anyway and about the worst that can happen is they make me spread some bluestone

    Once the boat is fixed we the costs of leaving it in the yard may be less than bringing it home so will see BUT it needs so much work right now i did not want to waste money if it was not finished by spring
