You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

My Hunter 27 restoration blog
Hunter Factory Tour pics
First boat:1976 Siren 17 #1094
Then: 1989 O'day 192 #488
Current boats: 1996 Hobie Wave #2697, 1980 Hunter 27 #716
Would that be the illegal car dealership next door OR the 13 illegal apparments on the street
Well its really 73' with the powerboatbut in my town its simple your driveway can be 25% of the front yard and you put what you want in that 25%
The J24 is behing the house on the left and the j24 and powerboat will be sold ASAP anyway and about the worst that can happen is they make me spread some bluestone
Once the boat is fixed we the costs of leaving it in the yard may be less than bringing it home so will see BUT it needs so much work right now i did not want to waste money if it was not finished by spring
